The video explores how the civil society network KOCISONET in Koboko in Northern Uganda use different governance tools and techniques in order to secure that the citizens get the public service they are entitled to in areas like health and education.

I like the level of detail in the questions that Andabati is posing, but I wonder if something like a simple net-promoter score might be applicable here as well?
