This video explores how the civil society network KOCISONET in Koboko in Northern Uganda use different governance tools and techniques in order to secure that the citizens get the public service they are entitled to in areas like health and education.

I find community score cards very useful in holding government to account, I have used it in LRP communities thanks for sharing
